Program name: Duda for King County campaign alerts

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Duda for King County, the candidate committee for Nick Duda for King County Council, District 8. Messages may include event reminders, volunteer opportunities, voting and election information, and campaign updates. Messages may be sent by campaign staff and volunteers.

Message frequency: You can expect to receive no more than 3 texts per week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing info@nickduda.com.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, email info@nickduda.com, or call (206) 261-4416.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at nickduda.com/privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
